2015-16 Argonaut Yearbook

Our Argonaut yearbook is a compilation of memories from the school year, so it’s important that everyone participate by capturing and sharing these moments throughout the year!

We have compiled a list of FAQs regarding the Yearbook and will keep posting reminders throughout the year, asking you to help us capture all those classroom celebrations, school events and everyday happenings.  If you have any questions at any time, please contact Gidgett or Stephanie at Argoyearbook@anppso.org

Who should take pictures? Anyone can take pictures and share them but we highly recommend that each class designate at least two volunteers to take and share pictures at each class event.

What kind of pictures should I upload? To be used in the yearbook, it’s important to consider the following:

  • Take pictures with more than one student. Group pictures are best so everyone can see themselves in their yearbook!
  • All the class events.
  • All the grade-wide events.
  • All the school-wide events.
  • All the extra-curricular clubs and sports events.

Where can I share my pictures? Email your photos to argoyearbook@anppso.org. When uploading photos, be sure to include the class or teacher’s name or the event’s description in the file name of each picture.

For example, a picture taken of students in Ms. Keehan’s class should have a file name that includes “2B” or “Keehan” so we know where to include it in the yearbook. If the photo is of a grade-wide or school-wide event, the file name should include the grade and brief event description such as “Grade2_FieldDay” or “SpringFestival”. If students from multiple grades are in a photo at an event, list the event name at the least such as “SpringConcert”.

Are our pictures secure? Absolutely! Your pictures will only be used by the yearbook committee and Lifetouch to print this year’s yearbook. All pictures will be deleted thereafter.

Where or how will these pictures be used? Your pictures will only be used in this year’s yearbook. None of these pictures will be used in the school’s promotional or marketing materials.

What is the deadline for uploading pictures for the yearbook? The deadline for uploading pictures to be included in the yearbook is March 5, 2016.

When will yearbooks be for sale? New this year, the yearbooks will be hard cover displaying a picture of the entire student body!! They will be available for sale starting in Jan 2016 at $30 each until March 28, 2016. The price after this date will be $35 each. The link will be available in January.

When can I get my yearbook and can my student pick it up instead of me? During the last week of school, we will have a yearbook distribution and signing event for all grades. The yearbooks will be given out to students who have purchased their yearbooks by this date at this event during school hours. Their names will be placed on the inside cover in case their book is misplaced. It’s important that you confirm your student received their yearbook as no replacements will be available. More details will be provided nearing this date.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Gidgett or Stephanie at Argoyearbook@anppso.org.
